We have been asked to make some work based upon Identity, it can be anything to do with your identity, from films you like to memories that make you who you are. Below are some images that I found on Pinterest that I liked the look of, and that I could recreate myself. But I would make them relevant to myself and my identity.

I found the image on the left on Pinterest under the tags of Identity and Art. I really like the whole idea of having two sides to the image, one being a skull and one being a human face. I think this could be symbolic of life and death, or evil and good.

I found the image on the left on Pinterest under the tags of Identity and Art. I really like nature and animals, so I think that could be considered as part of my identity. So I could recreate this using my portrait with animals that I like. I really like how the image all blends together, and despite it being different things, it all looks like one.

I found the image on the right on Pinterest under the tag of 'Identity'. I really like the idea behind this one, with the broken mirror, and the different colours. I could easily make this with a self portrait, by splitting it into seperate segments and adding colour to them. I could use the different colours to represent different emotions.

I found the image on the left on Pinterest under the tag of 'Identity'. I really like how it is in different layers, and it could show how a person has different layers of their personality. I could recreate this with a self portrait and different layers of paper, by ripping into them, and adding them into the image as different layers.

I found the image on the right on Pinterest under the tag of 'Identity'. It's similar to the image with the blank face and text written inside it, but this one has a pixellated image in the centre of the face where the features would be. I could recreate this by using a self portrait, enhancing the colours of it, and adding a pixellated image of my facial features into the middle of it.

I found the image on the left on Pinterest under the tags of 'Identity Art'. I really liked the idea of making the face blank, to rid of appearance. This idea could be symbolic of how appearance isn't important with identity.

I found the image on the left on Pinterest under the tags of Identity and Art. The images with the hands overlapping their faces, and the actual facial features being on the hands, so I would really love to make my own version of this. I could make several images with different expressions on, and make them into a Typology image.
